Easy keto cauliflower casserole recipe! This cheesy keto cauliflower bake is so simple to make. You will LOVE the cauliflower rice casserole to make for your family & for your weight loss.

1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
2. Cook frozen riced cauliflower and try to pat dry on paper towels.
3. Mix in casserole dish, cauliflower rice, small pieces of bacon, pink salt, sour cream, butter, pesto and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Cover dish with the other 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
4. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes so the cheese gets crispy on top.
5. Let sit for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
