Beginner Keto Meal Plan Macros

Do you know the specific fat grams and protein grams you need to be tracking each day in addition to 20 net carb or 20 carbs? You can learn how to calculate your own macros (fat and protein), HERE.

Remember, keto is high fat, moderate protein, low carb. Protein should be moderate. Make sure you are getting your fats in for the day.

Keto Hack:

Pee strips don’t work after first day or two eating the ketogenic diet. I strongly encourage blood pricks to see your ketone levels in your body to see what level of ketosis you are in. This is my favorite keto blood tester.

Monday

14 Hour Fast

Keto Lunch: Hamburger + 1 tablespoon of clean mayo  + 2 cups of spinach + 1 tablespoon of ranch + 3 pieces of bacon

Keto Dinner: NY Strip steak + 1 tablespoon of grassfed butter + 2 cups of spinach + 1 teaspoon of ACV/olive oil

Keto Snack (if applicable): 1/4 cup of walnuts + 1 1 cup of cucumbers (3 net carbs) + Apple cider vinegar (ACV))/olive oil

My keto diet for beginners lunch hack is to make extra portions of your keto dinner for your keto lunch. Save time and money by keto cooking only once per day. When you are just starting the keto diet as a beginner, save your time!

Tuesday

16 hour fast

Keto Lunch: Leftovers of last night’s dinner – NY Strip steak for easy life + salad!

**This is my FAV LUNCH for keto diet for beginners!

Keto Dinner: 8 pieces of bacon with guac for ‘chips & dip’ + 2 ounces of grassfed cheese + 2 cups of spinach & ACV/olive oil

Keto Snack (if applicable): Starbucks coffee or green tea with 1 tablespoon of butter added. Use FROTHER (here)

Wednesday

16 hour fast

Keto Lunch: Easy life! Leftovers from last night’s bacon chips & dip meal + guac + salad

Keto Dinner: Fry in bacon grease from yesterday. Cut chicken into little pieces. Coat in egg wash & cover in Pork Panko HERE

Keto Snack (if applicable):

Keto For Beginner Hack

You don’t need fancy ketone drinks or ketone pills…save your money and make real organic and/or grass-fed foods. Your body makes its own ketones & doesn’t need a pill or product to ‘speed up that process’. Your body will do it on it’s own. 😉

Thursday

18 hour fast

Keto Lunch: Easy Life! Leftover keto fried chicken + 2 cups of spinach + blue cheese dressing

Keto Dinner: Fried Egg, Bacon Cheeseburger + Avocado + pickles

Keto Snack (if applicable): Deviled Egg Recipe HERE

Friday

18 hour fast

Keto Lunch: Easy Life! Leftover bacon cheeseburgers & salad

Keto Dinner: Keto Pizza. Use THIS keto crust.

Keto Snack (if applicable): 1/4 cup of walnuts + 1 1 cup of cucumbers (3 net carbs) + Apple cider vinegar/olive oil

Saturday

12 hour fast

Keto Lunch: Easy Life! Leftover keto pizza & 2 cups of spinach with dressing

Keto Dinner: Chipotle. ORDER THIS.

Keto Snack (if applicable): Leftover hamburger with mayo
