Keto Beginner Favorites

If you are just starting the ketogenic diet, use some of my favorite keto hacks to help you:

  • BEST Keto snacks – sweet & salty! A girl loves some keto cookies;-)
  • Keto Chocolates – white chocolate is my favorite – swoon!
  • Ketone Reader – check your blood. We are not vampires, but ketone blood readers are super helplful to know if you are ketosis. Blood and breath are the best ketone testers (not pee strips!).
  • Keto Electrolytes – will help prevent the keto flu
  • Bone Broth – will help prevent the keto flu, will fill you up & is great for your gut! …did I mention this will help keep you full?
