Keto Dinners – Weekly Keto Meal Plan
My time saving and money saving keto meal prep hack is to make the keto dinner and make a double portion for the next day’s keto lunch.
If you really want to get keto meal prep ninja, make the keto dinner, your leftover keto lunch and then a third portion to freeze. That way, you can build your arsenal of frozen keto meals, too.
I always encourage 2 cups of spinach with olive oil/avocado oil and some apple cider vinegar with a keto meal for extra potassium.
How do you know how much to eat? Keto is afterall high fat, moderate protein and low carb. Macros is how you know how much to eat…without eating too much. Macros are your personalized fat grams, protein grams and 20 carb grams. Calculate your personalized macros HERE.
I always advocate cooking fresh foods, but this busy mama needs a reprieve sometimes with a keto, easy keto meal with a Perfect Keto Bar. I use the Perfect Keto Bars for my easy keto lunches.
