Low Carb Dinners For The Week

If you are eating on the ketogenic meal plan, do you know the specific fat grams and protein grams you need to be tracking each day in addition to 20 net carb or 20 carbs? You can learn how to calculate your own macros (fat and protein), HERE.

Remember, keto is high fat, moderate protein, low carb. Protein should be moderate. Make sure you are getting your fats in for the day.

Your portion sizes for the low carb meals below will be dictated by your macros…meaning your fat grams, your protein grams and 20 carbs for the keto diet.

Meal Prep Hack

I always make extra for my keto dinner to have that as my keto lunch. It *literally* saves me half the cooking time. Just make extra for the next day and pack it up when you are cooking so your lunch is set.

Monday
