Simple Keto Meal Plan

Y’all, this week I need simple. I need easy. I need convenience, which is why I took one protein and morphed it into a bunch of different keto meals to save money, save time and continue down the 100 pound weight loss journey.

For easy meal prep hacks, I simply make extra keto dinners to have as leftovers for my keto lunches. Cuts down by HALF of time and cuts down on cost as I’m able to buy my keto foods in bulk.

I got this week’s organic, humanely raised sausage from a sale Gentle Harvest was running last week. I bought 30 lbs and typically buy in bulk on good local, organic meat deals.

Every Keto Meal

I have 2 cups of spinach or 2 cups of romaine lettuce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil with a dash of apple cider vinegar. I like getting my carbs from leafy green vegetables for the potassium, vitamins and chewing factor. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Monday

Lunch – Leftover Keto Pasta from yesterday

Dinner: Keto Pizza using Sausage Pizza Crust Recipe HERE

Make keto pizza leftovers to freeze. You will want frozen keto pizza that is made in the future. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Tuesday

Lunch: Leftover Keto Pizza with 2 cups of spinach with avocado oil & apple cider vinegar

Friendly reminder all meals have 2 cups of leafy green veggies as my carbs for digestion, vitamins and longer chewing time. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Dinner: Keto Spaghetti with Meatballs. Recipe HERE

I LOVE using Palmini Keto Noodles that are low carb & convenient.

Wednesday

Lunch: Keto Spaghetti with Meatballs. Recipe HERE

Dinner: Keto Slow Cooker Chili Recipe HERE. Add sprinkled cheese on top, sour cream & jalapenos (optional).

Make extra Keto Slow Cooker Chili & freeze it.

Thursday

Lunch: Keto Slow Cooker Chili Recipe HERE

Dinner: Sausage & Eggs & Keto Biscuits – Recipe HERE

Ensure sausage does not have creepy carbs like malodextrin, malodextrose, cane sugar or added whacky sugars.

Friday

Lunch: Leftover sausage & eggs Keto Biscuits – Recipe HERE

Dinner: Cracker Barrel’s cobb salad – how I order it

Saturday

Lunch: Leftover frozen burgers from last week

Dinner: Cleaning out fridge of mish-mash items. You know you have them in there too. ๐Ÿ˜‰ What what’s left in pantry/fridge/freezer

Sunday

Lunch: Heat up frozen Keto Slow Cooker Chili add sprinkled cheese on top, sour cream & jalapenos (optional).

Dinner: NY strip steak – drooling.
