Low Carb Meal Plan

For easy meal prep hacks, I simply make extra keto dinners to have as leftovers for my keto lunches. Cuts down by HALF of time and cuts down on cost as I’m able to buy my keto foods in bulk.

Every Keto Meal

I have 2 cups of spinach or 2 cups of romaine lettuce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil with a dash of apple cider vinegar. I like getting my carbs from leafy green vegetables for the potassium, vitamins and chewing factor. 😉

Monday

Lunch – leftover tuna salad from last night’s keto dinner. Find My Formula Nootropics focus stack with sparkling water.

Dinner – Blue cheese 80/20 hamburger with pickles and Primal Mayo. I will add some avocado on top of my salad, too.

Time Hack – Make 6-8 extra, plain hamburgers and freeze them for later keto dinner.

Tuesday

Lunch – leftover blue cheese hamburger last night’s keto dinner. Find My Formula Nootropics for brain power with water with a lime in a pretty wine glass.

Dinner – NY strip steak with fried radishes (fried in leftover bacon grease) and salted with Redmond Salt.

Wednesday

Lunch – leftover NY strip steak last night’s keto dinner. Find My Formula Nootropics creativity stack with some green tea.

Friday

Dinner – Go out to Chipotle or Outback. Order THIS.

Saturday

Sunday
