Keto oatmeal is basically keto overnight oats from chia seeds. It has a different texture than oatmeal, but still tastes delicious as a keto breakfast.  You can eat it hot (add extra butter on top) or cold.


-1.5 tablespoon Chia Seeds

-3/4 cup Almond Milk

-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 tablespoon coconut chips

3.5 net carbs per serving

Pyrex container or pint mason jar




-Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and coconut chips into glass container.

-Put into fridge for at least 12 hours

-Eat cold or heat in the microwave with melted butter on top.
