Keto Foods

Keto Lasagna Ingredients

  • 4 Organic Zucchini
  • 1 lb Organic Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Low-Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pink Himalayan Salt

Keto Lasagna Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the zucchini into long, vertical strips.
  2. Over medium heat, fry the zucchini in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side and season with pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, add ricotta cheese and 2 eggs then mix to combine.
  5. In a large oven-safe dish, add a thin, even layer of tomato sauce to the entire bottom of the pan.
  6. Add an even flat layer of your fried zucchini noodles on top, then the ricotta mixture, then ground beef, then shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat this pattern to build your keto lasagna and end with a flat, even layer of the ricotta mixture on top.
  8. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese to the top and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  9. Allow keto lasagna to cool slightly then serve.
