RECIPE:

5 Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Coconut Flour

1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1/4 cup of butter melted or at room temperature Grass-fed Butter

4 eggs Organic Eggs

1/4 teaspoon of the Baking Soda

1 inch cookie scooper

Precut Parchment Paper for cookie sheet

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put in mixing bowl coconut flour, garlic powder, baking soda and eggs.
  3. Mix together ingredients.
  4. Add butter. Make sure your melted butter is not too hot or it will prematurely cook your eggs. Room temperature is ideal, but this is royal weight loss meets real life after all and a girl sometimes has to microwave her butter. 😉
  5. Mix together all ingredients.
  6. Use cookie scooper to scoop biscuits onto Precut Parchment Paper on a baking sheet.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Add grass-fed butter and use keto strawberry jam.

Freezing The Keto Bread

I highly recommend making several batches and freezing them. These keto biscuits freeze well if they are in air tight container.

I usually make 4-5 batches at a time to freeze to save money and save time.

The keto strawberry jam also freezes very well, so you can do keto batch cooking at the same time. It’s easy to make both of these keto recipes to save carbs and sugar!
