50 pounds down and rolling to the 100 pound weight loss…. here’s what I ate…
(Please note I am fat adapted and also have done fasting for months. I am used to having a 4 hour eating window and a 20 hour fasting window.)
-Starbucks Trenta Iced Coffee with no classic + 1 teaspoon of heavy cream. It’s a big gulp, but I have a toddler.
-Coffee with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. I LOVE my small coffee frother to make foam.
-5 keto ribs
-2 Nathan’s hot dogs w/ mustard & 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut
-2 ice cold Pelligrino’s
No. I do not.
My protein was high and was 1 gram away from hitting my total macros. That tells me I should have had more fat for the day.
I eat 93 grams of fat and can have up to 134 grams of fat. My fat should have been higher.
The victory for the day is my carb was only 6 grams. YAHOOO!!!
