Avocado Toast Keto Recipe By Countess Of Low Carb

In advance:

-Make the Countess Of Low Carb Keto Bagel Recipe.

-I make the recipe once a quarter and freeze 2-3 bagels per ziploc bag.

Ingredients For Avocado Toast Keto:

-One Countess of Low Carb Keto Bagel 

-Grassfed Butter
-Cream Cheese
-Ready to use avocado

Directions:

1) Toast your keto bagel.
2) When out of the toaster, spread grassfed butter on top.
3) Add cream cheese.
4) Add avocado.
5) Slice into pieces (I like 4 because it’s less messy)
So many healthy keto fats onto one keto bagel!
