Seafood Deviled Eggs Recipe

SEAFOOD DEVILED EGGS RECIPE

Ingredients: 
-8 eggs
-2 tsp vinegar
-3 squirts of mustard
-3 tablespoons of mayo (I used Primal)
-Sprinkle of pink himalayan salt 
-1/3 cup of cooked seafood (I used scallops, but you can use crab or shrimp too)
-3 pieces of cooked bacon

Directions:
-Make hard boiled eggs (Put eggs into pot, get to a rolling boil, put lid on, turn temp to low, set alarm for 13 minutes, take off stove, drain water and immediately put eggs into ice bath for 15 minutes or so to make the shells peel easily).

-Take shells off of hard boiled eggs.

-Cut eggs in half.

-Put yolks into bowls.

-I put cooked egg whites on a paper towel to ensure the white part is not slimy with moisture.

-Mix mayo, vinegar, mustard and pink himalayn salt with yolks.

-You can use a mixture or mash with a fork for personal preference.

-Add in cooled cooked seafood (if it’s hot, it’s going to make mixture taste different).

-Put egg whites onto plate or egg holder. https://amzn.to/2MlFFm6

-Pipe in yolk mixture (with ziploc bag) or scoop mixture into egg whites.

-Cut cooked bacon pieces into thirds. Put bacon piece into deviled egg as a garnish.

-Try not to eat 5 in one sitting b/c they are so good!
