Keto Chicken Pizza Ingredients:
-4 cups of chicken (canned, rotisserie chicken, organic chicken breast – whatever your prefer)
-1/4 teaspoon of Maldon’s sea salt flakes
-1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
-2 eggs

Keto Cole Slaw:
3 cups of shredded cabbage or bag of cole slaw veggies
1 cup of Primal mayo (cleanest keto mayo) or Duke’s mayo (has creepy carbs from soybean oil, but no sugar)
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
Heaping tablespoon of Swerve sugar (optional)
Mix liquid ingredients. Add cole slaw veggies and/or cabbage. Let sit for 10-24 hours for maximum taste. 🙂

Cup of cabbage. Sauteed into butter for ‘noodles’.
Make Countess Alfredo:
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of parm
Melt butter and cream cheese. Once melted, add heavy cream and parm. Top onto cabbage or other keto vegetables.
Keto Noodle Hack: You can use a zoodler if you want to make your own keto noodles out of zucchini.
