Whole Chicken:

  1. Recipe to cook the whole chicken. HERE
  2. Pull chicken meat into 6 ounce portions.
  3. Chicken Sandwiches: Make chicken salad sandwiches: Once the chicken has cooled, add mayo to chicken and mix. Your ‘bread’ is your iceburg lettuce leaves.
  4. Soup: Take chicken stock & make chicken soup. Recipe HERE.

Keto Chicken Pizza:

Keto Chicken Pizza Ingredients:

-4 cups of chicken (canned, rotisserie chicken, organic chicken breast – whatever your prefer)

-1/4 teaspoon of Maldon’s sea salt flakes

-1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

-2 eggs

Keto Pizza Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mince chicken into little pieces
  3. Mix chicken, Maldon’s sea salt flakes , garlic and eggs.
  4. Shape 4 mini pizzas onto Reynold’s perfect shape parchment paper.
  5. Put keto pizza crusts into the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. After the pizza crusts are cooked, top with sauce. I love basil pesto sauce or my Alfredo Sauce. You could also use tomato sauce, but it is higher in carbs and sugar. Top with cheese and/or pepperoni.
  7. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes and then eat. Bon appetit!

Keto Roast:

Keto Cole Slaw:

  1. Cut cabbage in your food processor or cut by hand into little pieces.
  2. Recipe HERE from KetoGinja.

3 cups of shredded cabbage or bag of cole slaw veggies

1 cup of Primal mayo (cleanest keto mayo) or Duke’s mayo (has creepy carbs from soybean oil, but no sugar)

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

Heaping tablespoon of Swerve sugar (optional)

Mix liquid ingredients. Add cole slaw veggies and/or cabbage. Let sit for 10-24 hours for maximum taste. 🙂

Egg Salad Sandwich:

  1. Cook in Cosori Instant Pot your eggs.
  2. Cook eggs in Cosori Instant Pot on high pressure for 5 minutes, then 5 minutes on natural release and 5 minutes in an ice bath.
  3. Peel your hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Mix eggs with Primal Mayo (cleanest keto mayo) or Duke’s mayo (does have inflammatory soybean oil in it, but no sugar).
  5. Put on romaine lettuce leaf or iceburg lettuce for egg salad sandwich.

Cabbage Keto Alfredo

Cup of cabbage. Sauteed into butter for ‘noodles’.

Make Countess Alfredo:

3 tablespoons of butter

3 tablespoons of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of heavy cream

2 tablespoons of parm

Melt butter and cream cheese. Once melted, add heavy cream and parm. Top onto cabbage or other keto vegetables.

Keto Noodle Hack: You can use a zoodler if you want to make your own keto noodles out of zucchini.
