My time saving and money saving keto meal prep hack is to make the keto dinner and make a double portion for the next day’s keto lunch.

If you really want to get keto meal prep ninja, make the keto dinner, your leftover keto lunch and then a third portion to freeze. That way, you can build your aersnal of frozen keto meals, too.

I always encourage 2 cups of spinach with olive oil/avocado oil and some apple cider vinegar with a keto meal for extra potassium.
