-Sabotage is poor planning.
-Sabotage is emotionally eating instead of feeling my feelings.
-Sabotage is not sleeping.

-Sabotage is cheating on the weeknds.
-Sabotage is not having keto food in the house.
-Sabotage is not eating fats.
-Sabotage is feeling less than and eating about it.
-Sabotage is eating anger.
-Sabotage is eating sadness.
-Sabotage is eating happiness. This is sabotage.
In my 66 pound weight loss experience, the mental & emotional HAVE to change to release the weight.
