Keto Recipes – Keto Crockpot Roast With Apple Cider Vinegar
Keto Crock-Pot Pot Roast Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup of bone broth
- 1 cup of canned tomatoes
- 2-4 pounds of chuck roast or shoulder steak
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, walnut oil or almond oil
- 2 tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
- Slow cooker

Keto Slow Cooker Pot Roast Recipe Directions:
- Put 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 cup of bone broth and 1 cup of canned tomatoes into slow cooker.
- Put 2-4 pounds of chuck roast or shoulder steak into Crock-Pot
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, walnut oil or almond oil to the meat so the spices will stick to the meat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt,1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder and 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning.
- Set slow cooker for 8 hours on low. If you have to use high heat, set the Crock-Pot for 5 hours. High will not soften this already tough cut of meat, though.
- When the meat is done cooking, add additional olive oil and/or sour cream.
- I like to add the meat over keto vegetables:
- 1/2 cup cooked radishes (1.8 net carbs)
- 1/2 cup asparagus (1.8 net carbs)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (1 net carb)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (1 net carb)
- 1/2 cup cauliflower rice (2 net carbs)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (1 net carb)
- 1/2 cup green beans (3 net carbs)
- 1/2 cup broccoli (3 net carbs)
