DECLUTTER VIP CHALLENGE
Hi Loves! Declutter challenge on for VIPS!
We know how weight correlates with “stuff”…excessive stuff. Here is my Countess of Low Carb Youtube video on my pantry, freezer & fridge challenge.
The inspiration for this challenge was from Peter Walsh’s book, Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat. I highly encourage this book and was profound for me!
The VIP challenge is to declutter your freezer, fridge & pantry in the next week!
You have 7 days to fully declutter, use what you have & purchase less stuff.
Take an inventory of what you have, make a plan to use, supplement anything for your plan to be a success and execute your plan.
End of 7 Days: What did you learn? Do you want to go for another 3-4 days?

-This has be AMAZING for my weight loss and I have dropped 5 lbs (no joke) as a result of doing this ONE thing.
-I also saved $60 in my grocery budget = WIN!

My Organization Workout:
I love to sweat while I’m organizing. This is a great way to move my body and get my house more in order. The more I lose weight, the more I see areas in my house, car and work space that need to be tidied up too. The correlation is interesting! Here’s my video on sweat organization:
